Man Charged with Drug Possession After Reckless Ride Through West Allis

Suspect had marijuana and pills in his van when he was pulled over last year in West Allis, according to complaint.

A 27-year-old Muskego man has been charged with multiple counts of drug possession after police reported he had marijuana and pills in his van while driving recklessly in West Allis. Kyle T. Scheffler was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Monday with one count of third offense operating while intoxicated, one count of operating a motor vehicle with a restricted substance in his blood, one count of possession of THC, which is the active ingredient in marijuana and one count of possession of prescription drugs without a valid prescription. Man Charged With Selling Marijuana to Police Informant

Suspect sells informant drugs twice, then on the third occasion he tells the informant he still owes money.

A 19-year-old Muskego man is facing felony drug charges after he allegedly sold marijuana to a police informant on two separate occasions. Joseph M. Spors was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Friday with two counts of manufacture and deliver of THC, the active ingredient in marijuana, and one count of maintaining a drug trafficking place. If convicted, he faces up to 10 ½ years in prison and $30,000 in fines. An 18-year-old Muskego man is facing charges after he was allegedly caught with a marijuana pipe in his car outside of an underage drinking party. John W. Gemeinhardt was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Wednesday with one count of possession of THC, the active ingredient in marijuana, and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. If convicted, he faces up to seven months in jail and $1,500 in fines. POLL: Would You Turn in Your Child for Marijuana Possession?

Balancing the lesson taught by dealing with law enforcement against the consequences of having drug possession on their child's record is the dilemma facing parents.

The arrest of an 18-year-old in Muskego for marijuana possession sparked a conversation on Patch about the responsibility of parents in relation to their child’s drug use. In this particular case, the teen wouldn’t let police search his car despite their suspicions, but when his mother arrived she gave the go-ahead and the man was arrested and charged with marijuana possession. Commenters raised both sides of the argument on behalf of the mother. Was she a good parent for refusing to cover for her son’s lawbreaking behavior? A 47-year-old Waukesha man is facing felony drug charges after he was allegedly picking up packages of marijuana mailed to a Muskego home, then selling the drugs to other people. Michael C. Hosking was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Wednesday with one count of possession with intent to deliver more than 200 grams of THC, the active ingredient in marijuana, one count of possession of THC and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. A Muskego man is facing charges after he accidently sent a text message to the 10-year-old grandson of a Wisconsin State Trooper about a hash sale in 2010. Joshua P. Boyce, 20, was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Wednesday with one count of possession of THC, the active ingredient in marijuana. If convicted, he faces up to six months in prison and $1,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: On Dec. 5, 2010, Boyce accidently sent the text to the trooper referencing hash for sale.
