Manufacturer May Move To Salentine Buick Site
Technical Metal Specialties would redevelop the former Salentine Buick site and bring 50 jobs to Muskego, according to a report.
A Milwaukee manufacturer wants to move to site of the recently-closed Salentine Buick, S66 W1444 Janesville Road, according to a Journal Sentinel report.
Technical Metal Specialties would bring 50 jobs to Muskego and reuse buildings totaling more than 59,000 square feet, the newspaper reported. The company's president, Tom Sheahan, is a Muskego resident.
Salentine Buick closed in February after first opening its doors at the corner of Tess Corners Drive and Janesville Road in 1923.
The closure prompted an outpouring of public support.
